BACK!

Just to say that I am now back at ATW central, having had a pleasant weekend away with my family. I was body boarding, in my new wet suit, and it was great fun. It's amazing how these new wet suits and boots can keep out the cold of the Atlantic Ocean as it washes the north coast of Northern Ireland. Had a great time trying to catch a good wave, though most eluded my clumsy attempts. (BTW - that is NOT me in the pic!)

This next few days should see our new guest bloggers making an impact here on ATW. I have quite a few topics to tackle myself so sit back, relax and enjoy the ride! By the way, thanks for the many comments over the past few days, I'm trying to catch up on all that you have been saying! Also thanks for the many emails received!

Finally, my sincere thanks to Andrew for holding the fort in my absence.

As for your failing to post a photo of your self in a wet suit it strikes me as sound policy. Having worn one I know firsthand that the gain in physical comfort can be offset by the loss in dignity from such form-fitting gear.
