I wonder if the fish that swim in the River Thames are permanently high on cocaine? I ask this based on the revelation that an estimated 2kg - 80,000 lines - of the drug go into the river each day. Londoners snort more than 150,000 lines of the class A drug every day. The figure is 15 times higher than official Home Office statistics and equates to four out of every 100 people regularly taking cocaine, or up to 250,000 of the capital's six million residents. Wonder what David Cameron makes of this figure?
You seem suspiciously au fait with the terminology here David ....

And as Thames water is reused at least six times on it's journey through the Home Counties, - makes you wonder whether the whole population of the Capital is 'on a high'. Could explain some of the wacky behaviour coming from Westminster!.
I assume you have heard that old joke about London water being the most filtered water in the world - 'it's been through at least six sets of kidneys on it's way to the sea!!'
