So who'd have guessed it? The Bush administration BLEW UP the levees around New Orleans in order to drown as many of those Dem voting po' black people as possible. Yip - that's what Nation of Islam chief lunatic Louis Farrakhan has announced, claiming that divers working on the levee break have found evidence of explosives. "These explosives are from the government side," he said during a press conference in Memphis held to promote his upcoming Million Man Anniversary March. As you can tell, America has the enemy within also! It speaks well for the tolerance of the US Government as Farrakhan needs either arrested or treatment for Islamic paranoia. Or both.
He's rather like that crazy relative that some tend to have and you try to ignore him, hoping he will go away.
Except he's more dangerous, because there are people out there that would actually believe him, if only because a) they are too stupid not to, or b) they hate Bush so much that they will believe Bush and/or the federal government (under Bush) is capable of something like that and more.

Islamic Paranoia?
Since when is Louis Farkahan a muslim. The Nation of Islam is an odious body, but it is not a muslim body. In its stated principles it claims that only Black people can be muslims. I challenge you to find a verse in the Quran which brings up race a as a requirement for Islam. Yes by all means condemn Louis Farakhan and his odious race-baiting and virulently anti-semitic lot of friends. But they're not Muslim by any means, other than claiming to be. The fact that he manages to bilk rich Saudis out of money for his cause when he considers Arabs to be his racial inferiors only shows the extent of his moral depravity. Then again, seeing a few terror-friendly sheikhs with a few less bucks doesn't make me unhappy either.

"Oh God said to Abraham, "Kill me a son"
Abe says, "Man, you must be puttin' me on"
God say, "No." Abe say, "What?"
God say, "You can do what you want Abe, but
The next time you see me comin' you better run"
Well Abe says, "Where do you want this killin' done?"
God says, "Out on Highway 61"

Jo
I did much to my own surprise as I have never really had any interest in him, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Dylan documentary was spell-binding stuff. What a guy.

Listening to "Bringing It All Back Home " now.
They used one of the tracks - Subterranean Homesick Blues " last night on Folks on the Hill. Dylan did rap long before it became a trash can for the talentless. Same as Alex Harvey and SAHB did Punk before the talentless were hyped by Halliburton* - whoops - the record Companies.
* Touch of the quiggers there ...

The fact that he manages to bilk rich Saudis out of money for his cause when he considers Arabs to be his racial inferiors only shows the extent of his moral depravity.
Also goes to show how dangerously intelligent he is, as those same Arabs probably consider him their racial inferior.
Without appearing to sound like one of the tinfoil hat brigade, the NOI lot are extremely dangerous, but were also heavily infiltrated with informants in many COINTELPRO agent provacateur-style operations in the 60s and the 70s (for instance, some FOIA docs confirmed, apparently, that the guy who succeeded Malcolm X in his position as spokesman for the Nation was on the FBI payroll; that's also the same time Farrakhan's star started to rise). A friend of mine who was around the whole Black Nationalist lot in Chicago (Panthers, NOI, etc...)during that period thought that the informants and agents may have been still running the show as recently as the mid-90s.
Also one for the tinfoil hat file: Whilst giving a rare interview to Barbara Walters in the US during the 90s on ABC, Farrakhan was asked about what really happened around Malcolm X's assassination, right as he was about to open his mouth, the programme was interrupted by a breaking national newsflash about some sort of unnewsorthy weather happening or other or something like that, can't remember what it was, just that it wasn't worth interrupting a national telecast over. It was one of the most bizarre things I ever saw on TV. The interview was never aired again either, if I recall correctly.

Farrahkan started out as a calypso dancer and is still one of the number one suspects in the murder of malcolm x after malcolm started denouncing the NOI as a fraud
PS Dillon was a half decent song writer at one time, but he has always been over rated and never could sing

Calypso Louie - as we affectionately call him - is dangerous and insane.
Did you ever hear him go off about the numbers and the mother ship? He's crazy. Unbelievable that people follow him - but it's also unbelievable that people believe the world is being run by shape-shifting reptilian aliens who live under the Denver International Airport. The proof of this is a masonic symbol.
They're frigging crazy. Farrakhan is dangerous though.

Keep an open mind about the levees. Things are not always as they appear.

EXPLOSIVE RESIDUE FOUND ON FAILED LEVEE DEBRIS!
Ruptured New Orleans Levee had help failing
By: Hal Turner
September 9, 2005 3:36 PM EDT
New Orleans, LA -- Divers inspecting the ruptured levee walls surrounding New Orleans found something that piqued their interest: Burn marks on underwater debris chunks from the broken levee wall!
One diver, a member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, saw the burn marks and knew immediately what caused them. When he surfaced and showed the evidence to his superior, the on-site Coordinator for FEMA stepped-in and said "You are not here to conduct an investigation as to why this rupture occurred, but only to determine how best to close it." The FEMA coordinator then threw the evidence back into the water and said "You will tell no one about this."
At that point, the diver went back down to do more inspection of the levee. On the second dive, he secreted a small chunk of the debris inside his wet suit and later arranged for it to be sent to trusted military friends at a The U.S. Army Forensic Laboratory at Fort Gillem, Georgia for testing.
According to well placed sources, a military forensic specialist determined the burn marks on the cement chunks did, in fact, come from high explosives. The source, speaking on condition of anonymity said "We found traces of boron-enhanced fluoronitramino explosives as well as PBXN-111 embedded in the debris. This would indicate at least two separate types of explosive devices."
The levee ruptures in New Orleans did not take place during Hurricane Katrina, but rather a day after the hurricane struck. Several residents of New Orleans and many Emergency Workers reported hearing what sounded like large, muffled explosions from the area of the levee, but those were initially discounted as gas explosions from homes with leaking gas lines.
If these allegations prove true, the ruptured levee which flooded New Orleans was a deliberate act of mass destruction perpetrated by someone with access to military-grade UNDERWATER high explosives.
More details as they become available . . .

Why is it so hard to beleive. When it is common knowledge that it was done in 1927 causing the great flood of Mississippi?
The President (H. Hoover) even signed off on it.
