What a disgrace the Church of England so often is. In this episode the Vicar of St. Michael's in Wood Green, North London has cancelled the traditional Remembrance Day Service, because "it's not multicultural enough" and it wouldn't be fair on non-Anglicans to be forced to attend, notwithstanding that no one has ever objected. The local Royal British Legion are understandably outraged.
This is a service in honour of those that fought and died for their country, it is a time for those still living to remember the friends and family that they lost. The Church of England should take it's responsibilities as the established Church more seriously. This Vicar deserves the firing squad.
