I'm looking forward to his next article..."Why I hate the Irish", I'm sure the Sunday Timed would LOVE to run with that.

Last poster typifies what is wrong with this ugly wet island. They still think they own half the world. It is an ugly angry race, young males have pitbulls to add to their manliness, kids run amock on "estates", women swear and spit in town centres, people fight each other on nights out where they drink to the point of oblivion; England is like a depressing nightmare you can't escape from.
The weather is terrible and they are slaves to their terribly constructed tiny doll houses in samesville, all while passing their time at B&Q or Tesco at the weekend. Nothing ever changes it is overcrowded, cold, has tons of crime, dirty rotten vastly overrated island in the north sea.

It is not so much that I hate Britain. There is a lot wrong with this country, But I can really say I hate the City where I live. I am a 62 year old ex serviceman, I am partly disabled, I live in one of the most corrupt cities in the North of England. Sheffield. Sheffield a city with many hypocrites. A City that sweeps the filth under the carpets. Then we have corruption within the Police force. So corrupt that this corruption goes to the very heart of the force. Politics here in Sheffield is filthy. There is so much corruption in the Town Hall. But then what can you expect. Things changed here in Sheffield the day David Blunkett was given the power he abused. I am so upset and stressed here in Sheffield. I have many reasons to hate my City. I would love to move but nowadays even this is far to expensive to do. We become prisoners within. I agree with the comment that England is overrated and boring. A lot of people are ignorant and intolerant. The slaves and riches from the plunderings in Africa caused the terrible suffering which results in the immigration problem. A lot of comments on this site is typical of the ignorant and poorly educated white Brits who constitute most ofEngland.
I am personally elated at the fact that I am in a well paid job in spite of the prejudices I encountered along the way. Furhermore, I am saving all I can to GET THE HELL OUT OF ENGLAND. It is much easier to do business in other parts of the world and have a higher standard of living for less than half the price.
